The room was big size and what's more - included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. We had street view with a comfortable bed.

would have stayed for longer, greatly enjoyed this place, thanks. seems like a superior hotel, managed by an amiable and good staff. the location is brilliant, at a medium distance from aria resort & casino. it's very close to a train station which was what i needed.

The location was seriously on point! Just a short walk to the train and metro stations, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly too, always trying to help out.
But wow, the room was a total letdown. The air conditioning didn’t work at all during the hottest days, and the shower was outdated and fixed in place. We even found some stains and mold in the bathroom. To top it off, we had issues with bedbugs in more than one room! Definitely not worth the price we paid. Never again!

Could not be improved in any way! 😊.

The hotel's responsiveness was appreciated, but the persistent bedbug issue was disappointing. Despite clean rooms and a good location, the lack of hot water, AC, and power were major inconveniences. Thin walls led to noise disturbances at night. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing good value for the price.

The hotel was in a fab location near the main train station and the staff were mega friendly and helpful - no prob leaving our bags after check-out too. the room was cozy and clean, and we had a kettle for a quick cuppa. 🍵 Although the shower pressure was a bit weak at times, it was still refreshing, and the bed was decent enough for a good night's rest.

The kids enjoyed the lively atmosphere with games and shows, while my wife and I appreciated the family-friendly environment.
My wife says that having a dedicated kids' menu in the restaurant would have been beneficial for families with children.
